What is this event going to look like?

  • The Klamath Music Festival will take place in both the outdoor and indoor spaces of Watershed Row on Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25, 2026. Festival attendees will be able to move through multiple spaces on premise. Friday will be a smaller, early-access preview evening available exclusively to early ticket purchasers (while supplies last). Saturday will be the main event. People who have been to a Klamath Music Festival before will recognize some familiar elements, as well as some new ones!

How does Friday work?

  • Friday is a perk and thank you at no additional charge for people who purchase their festival ticket early. Access is limited, and once the early‑access allotment is gone, Friday entry is no longer included with new ticket purchases. Friday functions as a smaller preview evening with intimate performances in the Watershed Row Hall, guided facility tours, and food and beverage service provided exclusively by Watershed Row vendors.

How does Saturday work?

  • Saturday is the main event of the festival. All festival features, food vendors, and several amenities are open, including the full outdoor footprint and all programmed activities. This is the day designed for the full festival experience, expanded services, and the largest capacity of the weekend.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

  • A limited number of Saturday Only tickets will be available at the door while supplies last, unless the festival sells out in advance. Friday early‑access entry is only included with qualifying early purchases and cannot be added at the door.

Is the event all‑ages?

  • Yes. The festival is an all‑ages event. Alcohol service will be restricted to guests 21+ with valid ID.

Do kids need tickets?

  • Yes. All attendees need a valid festival ticket to enter, regardless of age. Children 12 & Under are only $5.

What is the entry process?

  • All attendees must show a valid festival ticket (digital or physical) at the door or gate to enter. Attendees with Friday access must show the same ticket on both days to participate in Friday and then enter on Saturday. Each person receives a day‑specific wristband when they come in. Wristbands are required for same‑day re‑entry, and only the wristband for that day will be accepted.

  • 21+ wristbands will be issued to persons 21 years of age and older who wish to consume alcohol. Please, present a valid ID upon entry to receive this wristband.

Is re‑entry allowed throughout the day?

  • Yes. Same‑day re‑entry is allowed with that day’s wristband, which must remain securely on your wrist for the entire day.

Where can I park?

  • Both street and designated lot parking at NBC & First Interstate Bank will be available in the blocks near the venue. To avoid crossing 6th Street, we recommend parking on 7th Street and east. ADA Parking is available on the north side of the Post Office, across the street from the venue. A detailed parking map will be released closer to the festival.

Is there a venue map?

  • A venue map highlighting event features will be released closer to the festival.

Are there items I may not bring into the festival?

  • To help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, a few items aren’t allowed inside the festival zone. These include outside food or drinks, pets, large bags or backpacks, and anything that wouldn’t be permitted through standard event security. Thank you for helping us keep the festival enjoyable for all.

Is smoking allowed anywhere?

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the festival zone. Guests may step outside a designated entrance to smoke and re‑enter with their wristband.

Are strollers allowed?

  • Yes. Strollers are welcome in outdoor areas. Indoor spaces may have limited room during peak times.

Is there a lost‑and‑found or lost‑child procedure?

  • Yes. Lost items and reunification support are available at the main information/merch booth located near the silver silo in the stage plaza.

Are cameras or recording devices allowed?

  • Personal photography is welcome. Professional cameras or recording equipment are not permitted.

Will there be shade or seating?

  • Yes. The festival will include a mix of tented shaded areas and seating options throughout the outdoor footprint, along with additional seating inside Watershed Row. Guests are welcome to move between indoor and outdoor spaces as needed for comfort. Please note that the stage is not visible from indoors.

What happens if the weather changes or there's area wildfire smoke?

  • The festival will continue rain or shine. Outdoor areas include shaded spaces, and indoor areas within the festival footprint will remain open throughout most of the event. Watershed Row’s indoor spaces are designed to function as an air‑quality relief center, offering a comfortable place for guests if temperatures rise or regional wildfire smoke becomes a concern.

Can I explore the building during the festival?

  • Yes. Limited indoor spaces included in the festival footprint will be open to attendees. Some areas may be reserved for programming or staff use.

Will all Watershed Row businesses be open?

  • Several Watershed Row businesses will be open during the festival, with hours potentially varying by vendor. The climbing gym will not be open.

What if I lose my ticket or wristband?

  • All attendees must arrive with their ticket in hand—either the digital ticket from SimpleTix or the physical ticket purchased at A Music Store On Main Street or Klamath Music events. Door/Gate personnel are not able to resend tickets, look up orders, verify purchases, or replace lost tickets.

  • For online purchases, please locate your SimpleTix confirmation email and have your QR code ready on your phone or printed before you arrive.
For physical tickets, please bring the original ticket with you; lost or forgotten physical tickets cannot be replaced or validated at the gate.

  • Wristbands are issued at entry and cannot be replaced once applied, so they must remain securely on your wrist for the entire day.

  • If you purchased a Friday VIP + Saturday Combo physical ticket, you must present the physical ticket for entry at the gate both Friday + Saturday. To avoid losing your ticket, we advise using the digital ticket option HERE.

What is your refund policy?

  • All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable. Lineup changes do not qualify for refunds. If the festival is postponed or canceled, updates will be sent directly to ticket holders.

Will the building be open in time for the festival?

  • Yes! The ammenities related to the festival will be available. Watershed Row has an open house June 21 from 3-6pm. Businesses and features within the Watershed Row complex will begin opening intermittently in the following weeks.

Why move the event to a new location?

  • The Klamath Music Festival (known in previous years as the “Klamath Folk Festival”) has been at the Ross Ragland Theater since 2021. All of us at Klamath Music are endlessly grateful for their team's partnership and support over the years. Music in itself is experimental, and so the Klamath Music Festival experiment continues to evolve too! We're excited to test out a slightly new format — based directly on Klamath Falls community feedback — in a whole new venue for 2026 that allows us to explore some innovative growth opportunities.

Why move the event to July?

  • Klamath Music Festival attendees and fans have shared resounding feedback that moving the festival to July would help more of you attend! Your feedback also informed Klamath Music's decision to test out a 2-day festival format. Keep the helpful feedback coming!

Are you accepting additional performers or buskers?

  • All performance spots for this year are full, including the courtyard busking area. Anyone interested in future opportunities is welcome to join our Email List Here for updates regarding open application windows.

Are you accepting vendor applications?

  • While we greatly appreciate the interest, our vendor lineup for this year is already confirmed.

How can I or my business sponsor the festival?

  • Klamath Music gladly welcomes new support. Your partnership makes BOTH the festival and many of our year-round programs possible, with acknowledgement extending across the calendar year. Explore the partner option that works best for you HERE
